About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex cross-functional programs that span research, engineering, and product. You'll be the connective tissue that ensures ambitious projects ship on time, with clear communication and effective coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate between research, engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues proactively
- Define and track program milestones, metrics, and success criteria
- Establish and improve program management processes and tooling
- Communicate program status clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program management experience at a technology company
- Strong technical background with ability to understand engineering and research discussions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects on time
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency required; Japanese language skills are a plus
