Paste your resume on one side, the job description on the other. Get back a tailored version where the JD's requirements are promoted, sharpened, and ordered the way a recruiter scans.
Reading your resume + JD, identifying overlap, rewriting bullets…
Usually takes 10–25 seconds.

Paste your resume on the left and the job description on the right. The tailor reads both, identifies the skills and outcomes the JD asks for that also appear in your resume, and rewrites the resume so those points are promoted, sharpened, and grouped in the order a recruiter or ATS will scan them. It never invents experience — only emphasizes what is already in the original.
No. The tailor follows a hard rule: never invent experience, employers, dates, or technologies the original resume does not contain. It will reorder, emphasize, and rephrase — but every claim in the output traces back to a fact in your original resume.
A scorer tells you how good your resume is in general. The tailor rewrites it for one specific role. Use the scorer to find broad issues, then use the tailor to optimize for every job you actually apply to.
Your resume and job description are sent to the AI for tailoring and are not stored on JobsByCulture servers. The AI provider may retain the request briefly for safety filtering. We do not save the inputs or the tailored output.
Yes. The tailor identifies the target company from the JD and surfaces a link to that company’s live job listings on JobsByCulture if we cover them (we track 116+ companies). If we don’t cover the company, you still get a fully tailored resume — you just won’t see a JBC jobs link.
