No. The rewriter only adds an estimated metric when it can be defensibly derived from context (e.g. team size implied in your original bullet). When it does, it prefixes the estimate with ~ or approximately and flags addedMetric=true so you can verify before pasting back. If no defensible estimate exists, it writes a strong qualitative outcome instead.
