The rules and guidelines for using JobsByCulture and Culture Cards. We've kept it clear and human-readable.
By accessing or using JobsByCulture (jobsbyculture.com) or any of its products, including Culture Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
JobsByCulture is a culture-first job board that helps people find jobs at companies whose values align with their own. We aggregate job listings from public career pages and provide culture profiles for each company.
Culture Cards is a group greeting card product within JobsByCulture. It allows users to create, share, and sign group cards for birthdays, farewells, celebrations, and more.
To use certain features (such as creating Culture Cards), you may need to sign in via Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Culture Cards offers both free and premium features:
Cards are shareable via unique links. Card creators can edit, delete, and manage their cards at any time through the dashboard.
We reserve the right to remove any card that contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content without prior notice.
When using JobsByCulture and Culture Cards, you agree not to:
Premium Culture Card features are available for a one-time payment of $5.99 per card. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with a premium card, please contact us through our support page and we will work to resolve it.
Your content: You retain full ownership of any content you create on Culture Cards, including messages, images, and card designs. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to display, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
Our property: The JobsByCulture brand, name, logo, website design, code, and all original content (including company culture profiles) are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Job listing data on JobsByCulture is fetched from public ATS (Applicant Tracking System) APIs, including Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workable. We aggregate this data to make it easier for job seekers to discover opportunities.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Job details such as titles, locations, and descriptions are provided by the hiring companies and may change without notice.
When you click "Apply," you will be redirected to the company's own careers page. JobsByCulture is not involved in the hiring process and is not responsible for any interactions between you and the hiring company.
JobsByCulture and Culture Cards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service. We will attempt to notify you when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately in cases of serious abuse.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account or data, contact us through our support page.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (for example, via a banner on the site).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
