About the Role

Lead the UI engineering pod on Angular-based client engagements. You'll set the bar on Angular architecture, performance, and accessibility, and coach a team of UI engineers across multiple client deliveries.

What you'll do

Lead Angular-based UI delivery across multiple client engagements
Define UI architecture: state management (NgRx), routing, lazy loading patterns
Drive performance, accessibility, and code quality standards
Own delivery commitments for a pod of 4-8 UI engineers
Partner with backend leads on API contracts and BFF design
Mentor mid-level UI engineers on Angular best practices

What we're looking for

8+ years of frontend engineering, with deep Angular expertise (Angular 12+)
At least 2 years in a UI tech lead role
Strong TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx (or comparable state management)
Production experience with Angular Material, micro-frontends, and modern build tooling
Track record of shipping accessible (WCAG-compliant) production UIs
Excellent client-facing communication
