About the Role

Lead .NET fullstack engagements for Iris's enterprise clients running Microsoft-stack platforms. You'll set the technical bar on .NET Core + modern JS frontend and own delivery for a pod of fullstack engineers.

What you'll do

Lead delivery of .NET Core backend services + React or Angular frontend
Define architecture across UI, API, and data layers
Own delivery commitments for a pod of fullstack engineers
Drive engineering standards: code quality, testing, and Azure deployment practices
Engage with client architects on integration patterns and Azure cloud migration
Coach engineers on technical growth across the .NET ecosystem

What we're looking for

10+ years of .NET engineering, with at least 3 in a tech lead role
Deep expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
Production experience with React or Angular
Hands-on Azure (App Service, Functions, SQL Database, Service Bus)
Strong client-facing communication
Experience leading Microsoft-stack engagements end-to-end
