Senior Manager — Information & Cybersecurity

Senior leadership role owning Iris's information security and cybersecurity practice. You'll lead a team of security analysts and engineers, partner with the CISO on strategy, and engage with client security leadership on enterprise risk and compliance.

• Lead the information & cybersecurity practice across Iris client engagements
• Own enterprise risk assessments, control frameworks, and compliance posture
• Engage with client CISOs and security leadership on risk and controls
• Drive incident response coordination across the organization
• Lead audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and regulatory engagements
• Hire, coach, and grow security talent across analysts and engineers

• 12+ years of information security / cybersecurity experience
• At least 4 years in a people-management role
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and BFSI regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response
• CISSP, CISM, or comparable certification preferred
• Excellent communication for senior internal and client-facing stakeholder engagement
