About the Role

Senior HR Business Partner aligned to Iris's technology delivery organization. You'll partner with engineering leadership on talent strategy, performance management, organizational design, and culture — supporting Iris's ongoing recognition as a Great Place to Work.

What you'll do

Partner with senior delivery leaders on talent strategy and org design
Coach managers on performance management and team effectiveness
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development
Lead workforce planning for engagement growth and shrinkage
Partner with TA on hiring strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Champion Iris cultural programs: iWIN, manager development, pulse surveys

What we're looking for

10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 as an HRBP
Hands-on experience supporting technology / engineering populations
Strong coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills
Working knowledge of Workday or comparable HCM
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort working with senior leaders across India and US time zones
