ML Data Scientist

Build and deploy ML models for Iris's BFSI clients — fraud detection, credit risk, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics. You'll work end-to-end from data exploration through to production model deployment.

• Develop ML models across classification, regression, and clustering tasks
• Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing for client business problems
• Build production-ready model pipelines using scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Partner with MLOps engineers on model deployment and monitoring
• Translate business problems into ML problem formulations
• Communicate findings to senior client stakeholders

• 4-7 years of hands-on data science experience
• Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL
• Statistical fundamentals: hypothesis testing, A/B testing, causal inference
• Production model development experience (not just notebooks)
• BFSI / financial services domain experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication for client-facing analytical discussions
