The Culture Score is a composite metric (0-100) calculated from six independently verified data points:

Independence: Companies cannot pay for inclusion, influence their scores, or preview rankings before publication. All data is independently collected from employee review platforms, engineering blogs, careers pages, and published policies.
Limitations: This index covers 118 AI & tech companies and is not representative of the entire industry. Employee-reported data is subject to selection bias. Culture values are assessed on available evidence. Scores are relative within this dataset, not absolute measures of workplace quality.
Updates: Rankings are recalculated quarterly. Job counts refresh daily. Employee ratings and culture values are re-verified on a rolling basis.
