About the Role

As a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team reporting directly to the Head of UKI & NE, you will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping, executing, and driving all Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead a high-performing, successful regional sales team that is currently delivering strong results across our key industry verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT), Professional Services (PS), and Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG.

Partnering closely with leaders across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development and Channel, you will own the full-funnel GTM playbook across our Enterprise customer segments. In this role, you will leverage your deep enterprise expertise to cultivate, nurture, and develop this high-growth revenue organization while expanding Asana's market presence throughout the region.

This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays & Fridays depending on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is £257,000 - £302,000. The total OTE includes a base salary and performance-based sales incentive pay (based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan). These ranges are a guideline; actual base salary and OTE will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and the ranges for this role may be modified.
