About the Role

Join Spotify’s Growth Team and help drive user growth (free & paid) for Spotify globally. We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join the Growth team. This role sits at the intersection of business and product, enabling us to scale highly effective growth marketing campaigns and programs through tooling. You will manage our marketing tech stack contribute to the evolution of our marketing technology strategies, and collaborate with key partners to implement impactful campaigns and projects. If you thrive in bridging technical solutions with business goals, love understanding the technical side of things, and want to make a direct impact on growth, this role is for you.

Where You'll Be

The United States base range for this position is $79,057.00-112,938.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance.
