About the Role

We design and execute cross-functional cultural initiatives that strengthen Spotify’s leadership in Music Culture and power the Creator Flywheel across the region.   A core pillar of this role is leading the operation and coordination of the programming at Casa Spotify as a cultural infrastructure in the market. Casa is a permanent, living platform where artists, creators, fans and industry connect through curated experiences that support Spotify’s cultural relevance and business priorities.   The CBS Manager works at the intersection of Music, Marketing, Podcast, PR/Comms, Ads and Operations to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned, sustainably executed and meaningfully integrated within Casa Spotify. Content strategy and artist priorities are defined by the respective teams; CBS ensures orchestration, feasibility and operational excellence.   This position reports to the Head of CBS LATAM and collaborates closely with local vertical leads as well as the broader CBS regional team.
