At this level, you are both maker and leader. You define creative vision for major product initiatives and set the standard by designing cornerstone work yourself. Your leadership is grounded in craft — you inspire by showing, not just telling. At DevRev, you drive the design vision for how an AI-native product thinks, communicates, and earns trust at the organizational level.

- 14+ years of product design experience.
- Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence.
- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams.
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives.
