About the Role:
We are growing our recruiting team and hiring multiple Senior Recruiters, each dedicated to a specific focus area (Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance).
You will own complex, high-bar, full-cycle hiring for your function end to end, operate as a true talent partner to senior leaders, and bring the judgment to run searches with minimal oversight. This is a role for a recruiter who can manage senior stakeholders, raise the bar on quality, and close hard-to-get talent in a competitive market.
What You'll Be Working On:
Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned focus area (for example, Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance), from senior individual contributor through director-level roles
Act as a trusted advisor and peer to hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on role scoping, leveling, market maps, compensation benchmarks, and hiring tradeoffs
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies; proactively hunt passive talent and bypass the noise of typical recruiting outreach
Leverage AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to surface, engage, and prioritize talent faster than the market
Lead offer strategy and complex negotiations, including articulating the equity story and long-term value of RSUs to candidates weighing cash-heavy or competing offers
Build and refine structured interview loops that test for the specific rigor your function requires
Manage candidate pipelines with precision and deliver a white-glove, high-momentum candidate experience
Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring accurate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting
Use funnel data (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) to drive decisions and continuously improve
Build and nurture long-term talent networks to support current and future hiring needs
What You'll Bring to the Team:
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Deep expertise in one of our focus areas: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance
Proven track record sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent, including converting candidates from cash-heavy roles into equity-based tech packages
Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing networks; you do not rely on inbound applicants
Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders through data, insight, and judgment
Highly process-oriented; you know how to hold interviewers accountable to hiring playbooks
Confidence leading compensation discussions, including equity-based offers
High attention to detail and a track record of clean, accurate ATS documentation
Comfort operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
