We launched Devin, the world’s first autonomous AI software engineer, and are working with some of the most ambitious engineering and product teams globally. Our customers range from fast-moving startups to the world’s largest enterprises, including highly regulated organisations where speed, quality and trust all matter.

We are now expanding our international go-to-market teams across APAC and looking for a world-class GTM Recruiter in Singapore to help us find, attract and close exceptional talent across the region.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. This is a chance to help build a category-defining company in one of the most important technology shifts of our lifetime.

The Role

We are hiring a GTM Recruiter to join our International Talent team, based in Singapore.

You will partner closely with GTM leadership across APAC to build high-quality pipelines for a wide range of roles.

You will be expected to operate with urgency, precision and high judgment. You will not simply manage process. You will help shape markets, map talent, influence hiring strategy and close bar-raising candidates in highly competitive environments.

The ideal person has a builder/operator mindset, understands what great commercial talent looks like in high-growth technology companies, and knows how to create momentum in ambiguous, fast-moving markets.
