The U.S. Sales Development team at Amplitude is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic San Francisco office.
SDRs at Amplitude are pipeline in two ways. You generate opportunities that fuel the business, and you develop into the next generation of Amplitude talent. We invest in this role intentionally: through structured training, close collaboration with senior sellers, and a clear path to growth into roles across the organization. Promotion from within is something we take seriously, not just something we say.
As the first point of contact for potential customers, the SDR team plays a critical role in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth. We run a true all-bound motion: you own outbound prospecting, follow up on inbound leads and MQLs, and activate opportunities through field events and executive experiences. By pairing strategic research with creative outreach and in-person relationship building, SDRs lay the foundation for Amplitude's expansion into new and existing accounts.
This role provides a unique opportunity to build expertise across sales, marketing, and account management at one of the most respected analytics platforms in the world.
