Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Difference You will Make:

As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing Luxe host accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory in EMEA, primarily in the UK & Northern Europe. Focusing on these responsibilities, you will build Airbnb Luxe’s market presence in your assigned regions in collaboration with other Airbnb teams as the market expert. As someone who knows the Airbnb mission and values inside out, you will proactively support new and existing Luxe hosts to drive account optimization, acquisition, and growth. You will also work closely with Luxe Guest Services and Luxe Content & Quality teams, as well as cross functional teams to drive outputs.

A Typical Day:

Source and build best-in-class partnerships with the luxury hosts and top-connected individuals in EMEA for access to the most elite, exclusive, luxury homes in the region.

Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory

Drive actions that propel business objectives and Luxe host success

The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
