About the Role

We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for users around the world. That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. If it touches a consumer, we shape it. We bring deep insight into human behavior, design, and technology to craft experiences that feel intuitive, expressive, and unmistakably Spotify.   We’re looking for mid-level to senior product designers with strong visual design skills to join the team focusing on the core mobile experience. This team works on some of the most essential parts of the Spotify experience that shapes some of Spotify’s most iconic and emotionally resonant experiences - the features that help people connect with music, organize their libraries, and engage more deeply with what they love. You might be designing how users share and discover music with friends, how they create customise and manage playlists, or Whether it’s evolving how users organize their music, creating new ways to share audio socially, or integrating AI to help users find their next favorite song, you will work on the products that define the Core Spotify experience.   It’s a high-impact, fast-moving space where priorities evolve as we explore new ways to bring users closer to the content they care about. As a designer here, you’ll have the opportunity to shape foundational experiences that millions of people use every day. This is a role for a designer who thrives on variety, moves quickly, and wants to see their work impact millions of listeners across multiple surfaces
