Senior Sales Development Representativeには、単なる初期接点の創出にとどまらず、ターゲット企業や意思決定者の理解を深め、アカウント戦略に基づいたアプローチを自律的に実行し、AEや関係部門と連携しながら成果につなげていくことが期待されます。変化の速い市場環境の中で、Snowflakeの価値を的確に届け、顧客との新しい対話を生み出すことが求められます。

The Sales Development team plays a critical role in accelerating Snowflake’s growth by creating new business opportunities at the very top of the funnel. Working closely with Account Executives, the team drives strategic outreach into target accounts, generates qualified meetings, builds new pipelines, and follows up on marketing-generated leads. This role is central to creating the first meaningful customer conversation and expanding Snowflake’s presence in the market.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to do more than generate initial interest. You will proactively identify the right accounts and personas, develop thoughtful outreach strategies, and execute with discipline and creativity. You will partner cross-functionally to turn prospect engagement into a qualified pipeline and help establish repeatable practices that elevate the broader Sales Development organization.

ターゲットアカウントごとの仮説立て、優先順位付け、メッセージングの最適化を行い、再現性のある成果創出モデルを構築する。
AE、Marketing、Partner、Solution Engineeringを含むクロスファンクショナルな連携を通じて、One Teamで顧客接点を拡大する。
チーム内でのベストプラクティス共有や後輩メンバーへのナレッジ展開を通じて、Sales Development組織全体のレベルアップに貢献する。

Drive strategic outbound outreach into target accounts and create qualified new business opportunities.
Research target companies, understand business priorities, and engage the right stakeholders to secure high-quality meetings.
Partner with Account Executives to generate pipeline through Cap1 SQOs and CapN use cases.
Follow up quickly and effectively on marketing-qualified leads and convert them into sales conversations.
Use Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and available data sources to improve outreach effectiveness, productivity, and conversion outcomes.
Prioritize accounts, build outreach hypotheses, and tailor messaging to improve response rates and meeting quality.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Solution Engineering to expand customer engagement and support a One Team approach.
Share best practices and contribute to the development of more junior team members and the overall maturity of the Sales Development function.

電話、メール、LinkedInなど複数チャネルを活用し、見込み顧客との接点を創出できる優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。
AEやMarketingなど社内関係者と連携しながら、スピード感を持って成果創出に取り組める方。
数値目標にコミットし、活動量だけでなく質にもこだわりながら継続的に改善できる方。
CRMやSales Engagementツールを活用し、パイプラインやアクティビティを適切に管理できる方。
日本語に堪能であり、英語での業務遂行に抵抗のない方。
社内外問わず適切に連携し、周囲を巻き込みながら成果を最大化できるOne Teamマインドセットをお持ちの方。

You have experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing prospecting role within SaaS or enterprise software.
You have a track record of creating pipeline and generating qualified meetings in a complex B2B sales environment.
You are skilled at researching accounts, building prospecting plans, and developing thoughtful outreach strategies.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
You are highly collaborative and can work effectively with Account Executives, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to drive results.
You are metrics-driven, highly organized, and committed to continuous improvement in both activity quality and business outcomes.
You are comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline activity and maintain operational discipline.
You are fluent in Japanese and comfortable working in English.
You bring a strong One Team mindset and know how to build relationships internally and externally to maximize impact.
