About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across the APJ region. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, coaching high-performing SDRs, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to accelerate growth.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed pipeline targets
Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline for the field sales team
Partner with Marketing to align on campaign execution, lead follow-up SLAs, and messaging
Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of qualified opportunities
Analyse team performance data (activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and implement improvements
Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent, with a focus on career progression into Account Executive roles
Represent the Sales Development function in regional planning and business reviews
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline/revenue targets
Strong coaching and people development skills
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or data/cloud technology sales preferred
Experience working in APJ markets (particularly ANZ) is a strong advantage
