About the Role

About the team

The Office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for orchestrating the global go-to-market (GTM) motion, driving scalable commercial growth, and deepening strategic customer relationships. The team ensures alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Research—enabling the revenue organization to operate with clarity, speed, and cohesion.

Within this context, the Office of the CRO plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution, shaping how we engage with customers, and elevating how we show up across our most important moments—both internally and externally.

As the organization scales rapidly, the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity, consistency, and impact—and to operationalize emerging AI tools across the GTM organization—is becoming a critical unlock for growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Visual Storytelling & Innovation Lead to help shape and elevate how the Office of the CRO communicates and operates.

You will work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and innovation—owning high-impact executive narratives while also driving “customer zero” experimentation with emerging OpenAI technologies. This role complements the strategic and operational work of the Office of the CRO by focusing on how ideas are translated into clear, compelling stories and how new tools can unlock more effective and empowered ways of working.

This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Communications, and operates in close proximity to the CRO on some of the organization’s most visible and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CRO, translating strategic priorities into clear, high-impact narratives and executive-ready materials.

This role directly influences how OpenAI engages its most strategic customers, drives alignment across the revenue organization, and accelerates deal momentum through world-class storytelling and communication.
