About the Team

OpenAI’s mission is to build safe artificial general intelligence (AGI) that benefits all of humanity. This long-term undertaking brings together the world’s best scientists, engineers, and business professionals to create transformative AI systems and products.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Partnerships team builds and scales OpenAI’s strategic partner ecosystem, enabling customers, accelerating adoption, and driving growth in support of our mission. We work closely across Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Business Systems to create seamless experiences for both partners and internal teams.

About the Role

You will work across Partnerships, Operations, IT, Product, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, and Support to create a more seamless experience for partners and stronger operating leverage for internal teams.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines partner empathy, systems thinking, operational rigor, analytical depth, and strong execution judgment.
