Manager, Commissions Operations

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Manager, Commissions Operations to join our team in Bangalore, India. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commissions operations process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and payment of commissions to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissions operations management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This role is required to work the EMEA shift, except during critical close periods, when the individual must be available to work extended hours until 2:00 AM IST.
