About the Role

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human

Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

Okta is looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist to help scale integrated marketing execution across the EMEA region. This role will support both new business and customer marketing initiatives, helping coordinate and execute multi-country programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and improve campaign scalability across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, xDR, Marketing Operations, and regional stakeholders. Alongside supporting broader regional programs, this person will also directly own execution of selected acquisition campaigns across EMEA.

We are specifically looking for someone who already operates in an AI-first way and is actively leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day workflows to improve campaign execution, project management, reporting, content development, workflow efficiency, and overall marketing output.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of campaign execution, project management, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to keep multiple programs moving simultaneously across teams, markets, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Execution: Support the execution of integrated marketing programs across EMEA focused on pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and regional growth across channels including email, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication, and digital campaigns.

Campaign Coordination & Project Management: Manage campaign workflows, timelines, approvals, localization, dependencies, and launch readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives. Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns progress efficiently from planning through execution.

Acquisition Program Ownership: Directly own execution of selected acquisition campaigns across EMEA, helping drive pipeline growth through coordinated multi-channel marketing programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, xDR, Sales, Marketing Operations, and regional stakeholders to align campaign execution with business priorities and regional goals.

AI-First Marketing Execution: Leverage AI tools and automation as part of day-to-day workflows to improve execution speed, reporting, campaign throughput, content adaptation, workflow management, and operational efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to scale output and streamline ways of working through modern marketing technologies.

Operational Scale & Process Development: Help develop scalable campaign workflows, processes, and playbooks that improve consistency, execution quality, and speed-to-launch across the EMEA region.

Measurement & Optimization: Track campaign performance and use engagement, pipeline, and operational insights to help optimize execution and improve program effectiveness over time.
