About the Role

About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our Experimentation team! You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers, along with product managers, data scientists, and designers, to help build an experimentation platform that balances power and accessibility. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, performant services using Go and RESTful APIs, and user experiences built with React and TypeScript. You’ll have opportunities to take ownership of projects, grow your technical expertise, and help improve the quality and reliability of our systems. We’re focused on building a best-in-class experimentation platform that enables customers to run impactful, data-driven experiments with ease and confidence, and we’re actively growing the team to deliver on this vision.

Pay:

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 3:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $171,200 - $235,400**
  • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $154,100 - $211,860**
  • Zone 3: All other US locations - $145,500 - $200,090 **

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
