About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and clinically fluent Senior Sales Executive to drive new business with healthcare providers, with a primary focus on nursing leadership, care delivery transformation, and workforce optimization.

This role reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and is designed for someone who can deeply engage with CNOs, CNIOs, nursing operations leaders, and care management teams to position Hippocratic AI’s nurse product as a transformative solution. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, translating clinical and operational pain points—such as staffing shortages, burnout, patient engagement gaps, and care coordination inefficiencies—into high-impact AI solutions.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise sales excellence with strong understanding of nursing workflows and healthcare delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, category-defining environment.
