Exa is an applied AI lab building a search engine unlike the world has ever seen. We build massive-scale infra to crawl the entire web, train state-of-the-art embedding models to process it, and design super high performant vector databases to retrieve over it. We're looking for a Chief of Staff to be the right hand operator of our founders, doing what is most important for the company. You’d manage everything from company strategy to financial modeling to legal correspondence to recruiting engineers. You'll work with us everyday to make sure the company is moving as fast as we can toward a very important goal.

Location: This is an in-person opportunity in San Francisco.
