About the Role

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Quality Engineer for our User Operations team to own the feedback loop between our users and our product. You'll sit at the heart of our business — deeply specialized in specific product domains, responsible for ensuring the most critical bugs and customer insights reach the right people, fast. This is a senior, high-ownership role: a trusted product expert across the organization, a key driver of the quality bar we hold ourselves to, and the connective tissue between what our customers experience and what we build.
