The Legal and Government Affairs team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Managing Associate General Counsel, Real Estate Development, to lead legal and strategic support for CoreWeave’s self-development data center initiatives across North America. This is a leadership role responsible for driving complex “dirt-to-data-center” development projects, including land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, construction, development, deal structuring, financing, and government stakeholder engagement.

This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, Construction, Power, Finance, Operations, and Government Affairs, to structure and execute large-scale infrastructure projects in a rapidly scaling environment. The day-to-day includes advising on commercial real estate transactions, construction and development agreements, permitting and entitlement matters, financing structures, and regulatory risk management. You will also play a key role in supporting relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government entities, and external counsel.

The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
