The Community You Will Join

The Engagement Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. You will be a thought partner and trusted stakeholder to functional leads and business partners across Product, Data Science, Business Ops, Host Community, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to set and exceed aggressive growth targets.

The Difference You Will Make

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Host), you will play a critical role in managing Airbnb's relationship with our Host community. Your responsibilities include driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications. Success in this role means driving activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of our Hosts while taking end-to-end responsibility from crafting strategy to evaluating performance against KPIs.

How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
