Airbnb is seeking a Communications Intern to join the LATAM Communications team in Brazil for a 12-month internship.

The Communications Team at Airbnb is responsible for telling the Airbnb story around the world. Whether briefing press on inspiring travel trends, highlighting unique experiences led by local hosts, or explaining how travel on our platform benefits families and communities, we are the voice of Airbnb on a broad range of topics. We’re a fast-paced, high-energy team with a passion for people, places, and storytelling. You’ll support the Brazil Communications team on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives that shape Airbnb’s reputation in the region. From supporting travel campaigns to contributing to the launch of major reports, projects and influencer programs, you'll gain hands-on experience working with world-class communications professionals and PR agencies.

You will be integrated into a team of passionate communicators and storytellers, and will work closely with cross-functional partners including Business, Legal and Policy. Your work will directly contribute to elevating Airbnb’s brand and voice throughout Brazil. This includes:

You can expect to:

Your expertise:

Currently enrolled in a degree or graduate-level program in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism.Bilingual in Portuguese and English (verbal and written fluency required).Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a passion for communications and media.Experience through coursework, internships, blogging, student publications, or relevant volunteer work.Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially for presentations and content drafting).Understanding of social media platforms and digital communications metrics is a plus.Enthusiastic, self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for Airbnb’s mission and belief in the power of travel to create belonging.

Your location:

This position is hybrid. You must be based in São Paulo and have work authorization for Brazil to be eligible.
